Lady of America needs to be shut down

I had a 3 year contract with them and they failed to let me know that if you dont send them a letter of cancellation that they will still be charging you month to month. For 3 months they were taking my money out of my account,when I thought it was over with. I called them and got NO where.They don't care about anything but stealing money from you. They couldn't even have a supervior call me back. They have mislead me and will not even fix there own mistakes. Don't waste your time. RIPEOFF

1. Written by Katie, on 01-10-2009 13:19 The group exercise rorom at the location I go to stinks because it is carpeted! They use the same room for all classes. So street shoes are allowed. Then we are expected to be on the floor for pilates and yoga. The place is filth! Report

2. Written by Becky, on 10-10-2008 15:16 Ladies, go to your bank. You can stop automatic payments by filling out a legal affadavit. In some cases the bank reimburses previous payments. Customer service will help you with this. Anyone with a membership at Arvada Lady of America should contact member sevices and verbally confirm their cancellation and STOP payment right away. Report

WAIT TIL  THIS HAPPENS TO YOU!!    i read my contract to a T  30 DAYS "BEFORE" my contract   ended i submitted my cancellation  JUST as the contract stated.  MY bank account was STILL debited.  i call NATIONAL FITNESS and they  had me on hold for a good  20 min. came back and said  "oh we've change our procedure.  now its 60 days "! SO YES IT IS  MY RESPONSABILITY i accept that,  but another 2 months with this  company !! it's NOT fair. i did   JUST as my contract stated.  EVERYBODY OUT THERE  WATCH OUT FOR THE "SCAM" Report
