lady of america

lady of america did not post my payment of $144.90 and when i sent them the proof (mind you i sent it 5 times to five different reps) that i had already payment they sent me to collections. now im stuck in collections and cannot get out til i pay $144.90 again with late fees added. customer service is a joke they dont know anything and the collection agency knows even less. Im mean if they cant make important decisions why put them there they should just have an answering service that saids "theres nothing that i can do", " I dont know how to help you with this". im not sure what i should do, I have the proof that I have paid all my bills but no one cares, any suggestions

Written by Natalia, on 24-07-2008 14:35 Worst experience.  They tricked me into signing a contract for 18 months and then denied it when it was the time and I of course wanted to cancel due to the terrible service.    They love to send you to collection agencies and you will never find anybody to explain your case to you prior to the delinquent notice.    Save the headache, do not go there.    It is very stupid to sign contracts for three years when you can go to the other chains that let you in for a membership fee but gives you a pleasant experience.    Very angry about Lady of America and I know many other people.    Somebody should come with any idea to take it to the media to expose the unethical practices of this organization.
