I sign a three year contract with the lady of
america club in aventura and now i am getting billed twice by them and by the
national fitness financial. They both say that they have the right to charge my account every month. I am tired of this
fraud and i really do not know what to do. if any members have any solutions please email me at This has to stop. I think that both the gym and nffs are hiding something but my opinion is that this is the gym's fault because in the contract is stated clearly that i am authorizing NFFS to handle my payments even thou the gym is saying that they are not doing
bussiness with NFFS anymore.I spoke with Barbara Dan from NFFS and she told me that they ar charging me and she is giving the money to the owners of this gym. Somebody is lying and I want to know who!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeanie Davis. Why are you still reading reviews from Lady Of America if they resolved your problem? You have nothing better to do with your time?? I don't even believe you. You are probably the owner of that horrible franchise and feel the need to clean up your reputation. Fact is you are a FRAUD, a SCAM !! Now you lost your franchise. You still scammed people into getting full annual memberships until the day you had to close. Shame on you!!! Thank God I wasn't foolish enough to give you my credit card. Because I did my homework before joining your gym. Good luck to you and have a nice life!

Your pretty much an idiot for signing a three year contract anyway. So basically people wont listen to you to begin with. Lady of America is a franchise. The branch owner's are not responsible for what has been going on. Its the company itself, they are the theifs and the people responsible. They say who gets charged and who doesn't. So get your fact straight lady, I myself contacted them I had the same problem and Mrs.Gerard at Lady of America helped me with the situation and he fraud by that company. She explained to me how to cancel and I did simple process that was on my contract to begin with !!!!!!
